  1. In a blender add all the vegetables and herbs chopped besides the asparagus, and half of the olive oil and blend till smooth.
  2. Season the calamari steaks or tubes with salt and pepper and in pan on a high heat cook on each side for 3 mins till cooked set aside.
  3. Take 4 full table spoons of the blended mixture in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil sauté the mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Once you have finished cooking the mixture add the coconut milk and stir until the mixture starts to thicken, set on low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Take the asparagus season and place in oven for 5 mins at 180 degrees till bright green and crunchy but tender.
  6. Cut your calamari steaks into strips and plate the food as you desire. Enjoy.
