  13. You need 1 Tbsp of all purpose flour.
  14. It's 2 Tbsp of bread flour.
  15. Prepare 1 Tbsp of margarine/butter.
  16. You need 50 g of bread crumbs.
  17. You need pinch of salt and pepper.

  6. Put patty into egg mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.
  7. Heat the oil with low fire and fry patty until it becomes golden brown..
  8. Spread butter on burger bun, and grilled it for 3 minutes.
  9. Put mayonnaise and other ingredients on burger as you like.
