Recipe: Perfect Salmon with mango sauce

Delicious, fresh and tasty.

The fruity mango sauce is a super defensive booster thanks to vitamin C and the cell-protecting vitamin A, which also ensures beautiful skin and keeps the mucous membranes healthy. Instead of basil, fresh mint also goes well with salmon fillets.

Salmon with mango sauce I prefer my own recipe of salmon with mango puree: salmon fillet breaded in a mix of ground toasted almonds and sesame seeds then pan fried in olive/sesame oils; topped with a puree of mango sauteed garlic and red pepper rice wine vinegar and a bit of sugar. Coat the mango sauce on the salmon generously and put the salmon on the foil. While the salmon is baking, you can prepare a salad with the rest of the mangoes and any other ingredients that you prefer. You can have Salmon with mango sauce using 3 ingredients and 3 steps. Now, I'm not a big fan of sweet sauces with my proteins, but this is a Rastacook approved recipe so that's a big deal. We were at a Brazilian restaurant and Rastacook ordered salmon with coconut and mango sauce, it was risky because he doesn't like fish very much and hardly. I dont usually like to add to much flavor to my salmon and steelhead since i catch them fresh and enjoy the natural taste but, my wife has been begging for mango salsa salmon… i caved and grilled up a couple poinds of last year's choho after marinading in pinapple teryaki then topped it Off with some mango salsa and i have to say…this is now my second favorite way to. I absolutely love the combination here of the slightly charred lime salmon with the sweet, fruity mango avocado salsa and the rich and creamy coconut rice. It is all a match made in Heaven.
