Grilled Leftover veg frankie instructions
- Take se leftover veggie and add ketchup in it to increase it's taste..
- Now take a paratha and put some of the veggies on it. I took a lachha paratha but you can take a plain paratha, it won't affect the taste that much. I made two kind of frankies using two different kind of leftover veggies. So the choice of veggie is up to you..
- Make sure to place the veggie on the paratha in way that will make it easy to roll..
- Now put onion and tomato slices on it and grate cheese on it. I used pizza cheese easily available market..
- Now roll it carfully and put it on the grill toaster and toast it until the timer on the toaster goes off..
- Enjoy the roll with tomato kechup or yogut dip, or you can simply enjoy this tasty and fulfilling frankie without any added dish..
For vegetables, I went for a mix of savory and sweet: bell peppers, onion, sweet potatoes, baby potatoes, and portobello mushrooms. All they need is a little salt and pepper and the grill does the rest. The chimichurri sauce - my new favorite sauce - pairs perfectly with these skewers, adding a punch of green color and big, vibrant flavor. But lucky for you, your leftovers are actually pretty versatile—not to mention time saving and delicious. PLACE the vegetables in a microwaveable bowl.
