- In a pan add 2 tsp of oil, temper jeera seeds, cardamoms,cinnamon, a bay and sauté some carrots and green peas in it for few minutes. Add the cooked rice in it. Add salt to taste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add a tsp of ghee, cover it and off the flames. Veg Pulao is ready..
- In another pan, heat 1 tsp of oil and fry the boiled eggs in it with little salt..
- In a kadai heat 2-3 tsp of oil and fry chopped onions. Add chopped tomatoes after the onions are soft and turns golden in colour. Stir fry them and then add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Sauté them and add Paneer cubes. Pour half cup of water and boil. Add 1 tsp of fresh cream and make it a dry gravy..
- Marinate carrots, broccoli, onion and Paneer cubes with salt, chilli flakes, olive oil and oregano.
- In a stick place the vegetables in a line and grill them in a pan for 10 minutes..
