  2. It's 1 Cups of turkey stock.
  3. It's 1/2 of cksp veg oil.
  4. You need 2 of fresh tomatoes chopped.
  5. You need 1 of bulb onions diced.
  6. Prepare 1 of green bell pepper diced.
  7. Prepare 4 strand of spring onions diced.
  8. Prepare 3 of fresh pepper diced.
  9. Prepare to taste of salt.
  10. It's 2 of knorr cube.
  11. It's of grilled turkey for serving.

Jollof Couscous instructions

  1. Bring turkey stock to a rolling boil, add in couscous and cover tightly. Remove from heat and set aside for 5-6mins.
  2. Add veg oil to a large pan and heat slightly. Add in the chopped onions, tomatoes and pepper stir and then add salt and knorr cube; stir and leave to cook for 3mins.
  3. Lightly fluff the cooked couscous with a fork, add into the vegetable mix sauce and combine together.
  4. Add in the green bell pepper and spring onion. Taste and adjust for seasoning..
  5. Serve jollof coucous with grilled turkey..
