Ingredients of Grilled Squash

  1. You need 1 large of Zucchini.
  2. It's 1 large of Yellow Squash (summer squash).
  3. You need 1 of Barbecue Sauce.
  4. You need 1 of Salt & Pepper (to taste).

Butternut squash is grown in many parts of the world, but in Australia, Europe, and some parts of Asia it's called pumpkin or Butternut Pumpkin. Grilled butternut squash may, upon first thought, seem something of a non sequitur. After all, it's a fall and winter vegetable.   1. Cut squash in large chunks, so it won't fall through the veggie grilling basket..
  2. Put cut pieces in a large bowl. Add barbecue sauce, I used Sweet Baby Rays Hawaiian, delicious! Mix veggies in sauce..
  3. Heat grill to medium heat..
  4. Place veggies in veggie grilling basket..
  5. Grill until tender, turning occasionally..
  6. Remove from grill, add salt & pepper to taste..
  7. Serve as a side to anything, meat, poultry, or fish. Enjoy!.
