I'm not to keen on burgers that you have to eat with a fork and a knife. The gooey stuff on the lid of the burger is a roasted garlic mayo, it gave it that oniony flavour without overpowering the mushrooms. Autumn Burgers step by step

  1. Wash and dry sweet potato. Cut off ends. Using a mandoline slicer, cut 1/8 " thick slices lengthwise..

  6. Serve burgers on the buns with sweet potato chips on top and as a side..
