- Prepare 2 Teaspoons of White wine vinegar.

- Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon of Rosemary Dried.

- Lightly mix all the spices above..
- Marinate the fish filet with the mix and let it rest for 1/2 an hour..
- Switch the grill ON and let it heat at the default pre-heat setting. (3 mins, approx.).

- Place the fish on the base and close the lid ensuring that it doesn't touch the top of the filet. Your filet should be grilled in 3-4 mins..
